If you want to bring your carry-on luggage from one resort to another (and don't want to wait for bell services to deliver them), can you use the Disney Parks buses? I think I read somewhere that you cannot do that. Anybody know about that?

I know suitcases are not allowed but your typical backpacks, purses or tote bags are. My mom joined me one trip and ended up taking a shuttle to one of the hotels at Downtown Disney and then a Disney bus to the hotel I was staying at. She told me that she couldn't bring a suitcase on the Disney bus but that her backpack and purse were fine. The other option would be to take a cab between resorts. Personally, I would just pack what I needed for the day & maybe an extra bag with swim stuff and let bell services deal with everything else. You could leave the extra bag with swim gear in a locker while at the park and get before heading to your second resort to check in.
I'm going from BLT to BCV with carry on wheeled suitcases. There is an outside chance a room will be available early. If not I can check the bags at BCV bell services. I can walk from BLT to the MK bus stop and take the park bus. I don't think they will allow the roll ons.
