Wednesday 11:55 am, Blue Bell Pa - Still have major portion of the area without power here, but luckily we only lost power for around an hour or so. We have no damage but many in the area do, mostly from trees falling on houses. We did not get the heavy wind and rain here. Glad to here everyone else is safe and sound on the board.
Going on day 3 with no power and its getting cold!! Thankfully I have family members with wood stoves!

Popping on phone to check if my eats coast friends are okay- we have no power here and probably won't until Monday earliest, but we are luckier than some who are totally devastated as we aren't flooded or anything else. My dad's office by battery park is a mess so he's dealing from home. Won't be on much to check posts, but wanted to say hope everyone else is okay, too.
Aunt Soozaay...are you guys okay? I know you are Toms River and I was thinking about you.

Hang in there ChipnDaleFan! We haven't heard from Aunt Soozaay yet. I'll be keeping that family in my prayers. Do we know of anyone else we haven't heard from that was in the storm's path?

Finally got power back!...yay!!...at my in-laws since we still don't have power at home but it's nice being able to check in on everyone!

I've been in contact with our WDWFG runDisney blogger Sarah M, and she's still without heat and electricity from Sandy. She seems in good spirits, though admits that it's been a very difficult time. She says that considering the massive devastation in her area that they are very lucky in just having to deal with the utilities being out.
Please keep Sarah and her family in your thoughts and send good vibes that her power and heat return soon.
