Okay, so we know that we are a group of friends who love to EAT! What does your Superbowl menu look like? Ours is mostly made up of snacks and looks a little like this:
pepperoni flatbread
bacon, spinach, and artichoke dip
guacamole
cream cheese brownies
margaritas
Not expansive, but plenty of everything, and it will be SO GOOD!

Wr will be having a southwest style salad with chicken. However, Mrhub is on the midnight shift so no game watching for us.

My Superbowl Menu for today is:
1. Basmati brown rice cooked with star anise, cloves, cinnamon, onions
2. Cubed chuck cooked in Thai red curry paste with eggplant, green onions, and basil leaves (it is simmering on the stove right now).
3. Green beans and butternut squash saute with onions, pepperoncino, garlic, anchovies and ginger
4. Japanese mango Mochi ice cream. (bought at Trader Joe's)
We'll be stuffing our faces in front of the TV.
