"Team Building" in Disney World

Was just thinking today about those "team building" exercises and seminars that so many companies (including mine) fund. Any suggestions for good "team building" activities or exercises in Disney World?

I think scavenger hunts can be a fun way to do this. It's a good way to build team spirit without people having to "emotionally" interact yet. Smile

Not sure if they'd ever do this, but maybe having a couple of imagineers address the group about ride concept and building, and then having the group break into teams and work within a given budget to design and "build" a ride concept might be cool.

Riding Kali River Rapids is a good team building exercise. Getting soaked together builds character.

Pirate Cruise
Monorail Crawl (LOL... if you have a drinking team)
Scavenger Hunt (Hidden Mickey Hunt)
A timed run through Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom
Building Roller Coasters at "Sum of All Thrills"
Horseback Riding
Ft. Wilderness Segway Tour
Poontoon Boat Rentals
Grand 1 Rental (expensive but hey, if the Company is picking up the dime)
Wild Africa Trek at Animal Kingdom

With a little work a Disney version of an Amazing Race type game could be created.

What am I missing?

The scavenger hunt idea really has be thinking! As a group we should totally come up with a fun scavenger hunt list. I've seen games for World Showcase that give points for certain drinks and desserts, so why wouldn't this work and catch on?!?!

Wow, I wish my company would pick WDW for a meeting. We're always going to the West coast which is such a long flight for me. Of course if my company did a meeting in WDW, they'd be hard pressed to find me sitting in a conference room. I'd go rogue!
