A Northeaster is moving in and we are supposed to fly in the morning! Our flight is still on, but all flights after ours have already been cancelled! If we don't catch our flight, chances are really high that we won't be able to catch our boat Saturday.. If you're the praying type, PLEASE drop one to the Big Guy for us!

Get there early and hope others do as well. Once everyone is checked in and on board the flight can leave. Do you have the possibility to drive?

Could you contact the airline and see if you can fly out of a different airport a little further south and not impacted by the storm. I'm not sure where you are located, but could you maybe fly out of Baltimore?

We got clobbered by the storm here in the Chicago area yesterday, at least the northern suburbs. But it looks nasty for the northeast right now.

Did you make it out before the storm hit? We're all crossing our fingers and hoping the next time we hear from you you'll be there.
I'm guessing since we haven't heard for you that you made it safe and sound.
I live in CT. It started snowing (lightly) around 9:00am and it wasn't sticking yet. There was an inch / inch & half of snow on my car when I left work at 1:00. The worst is tonight.
I hope you made it! 
OMG talk about a horrible nail biting experience! We got there in plenty of time to fly out of Syracuse, but we only had a 55 minute layover at JFK. Our plane was about half an hour late getting into Syracuse and by the time they got everyone off and us loaded up I was almost ready to break down in tears! Then we had to hold up for another 10 minutes on paperwork. Thankfully we didn't have to de-ice. We flew Jet Blue and they were awesome. Mid way through the flight before we could even talk to them about trying to get priority to debark, they sought us out they moved us up to the very front row so we could sprint OJ style to the gate and the pilot radioed ahead to make sure they knew we were coming and that there were baggage handlers standing by. When we got there they were over half loaded so then we had to wonder if our luggage would be on the plane with us, but at that point, as long as we got out, we decided we wouldn't care. We knew if it didn't make it though, we would have to run and do some crash shopping as all flights after us were cancelled so there was no bags catching up with us later. Disney magic was strong in the air as we made it out of JFK just an hour before they shut down and all our luggage was with us. Can't wait to board our ship tomorrow! I'll post up when we're back!!!! I'm going on a Disney Cruise!!!!

yep, lovin' Georgia. I am one of those rare natives...never lived anywhere else. And it is a SHORT 7 1/2 hour drive to the World, no significant winter stuff, and an awesome Fall. However, we do pay for it in that summer humidity. You can cut if with a knife.
