Although I am a seasoned disney guest...the past few times we have been staying at Pop and I must admit I think their bus story is superb (usually dont wait longer than 5 minutes for a bus) or we had our own vehicle. This time we are going and staying at Animal Kingdom, Saratoga Springs and Boardwalk. I know buses at AKL can be slow, and BW picks up multiple stops I have no clue about Saratoga. I need to know if I should request a certain building or what to expect as far as travel time!

I personally have never had a bus problem at AKL.
At Saratoga Springs, I was in the Congress Park section and loved it. The bus ride through Saratoga Springs is not short and it makes for a long bus ride either one way or the other. At Congress Park it was shorter getting to the parks and a little longer getting home.
Yeah.... the longest ive ever waited for a bus at AKL was for DTD.... and that is a wait for any place because of how far away it is. Especially for AKL. Other than that... its always 5-10 minutes.

I used the spa at Saratoga Springs once & had the longest bus waits. Took over 3 hrs to get back to All Star Sports via DTD. Personally with those 3 resorts I'd want my own car & do some of my trip planning with AAA to get their Diamond Parking pass for the parks.
