Two Grownups and a Baby

Okay, so I know this is wdw for grownups, but we can't help it. Our two year old demands that we take her along. We used to go on our own and were big fans. We wanted to take a vacation and couldn't think of a better place to go. We figure if we don't go now we'll have to wait even longer if another one comes along. We're also thrilled to see what our daughter thinks about it. She talks about it all the time...
Here's my question. Anyone have suggestions on transportation while there as well as the trip from the airport? We want her to be safe but we love the public transportation. How do others do it? Do you bring a car seat for the ride from the airport? Any reasons to stick with a car? It seems like a huge pain to drive, park, carseats, hot cars, hike to the park, etc... Thanks for any and all advice...

We do the Magic Express. We have taken our daughter twice, and she just turned two. First time she was 7 months old, and then add a year to that for her second time. Both times on the plane I would hold her in my lap. When we got to Orlando she would go in her stroller till we got to Magic Express, and then she would be on my lap or another family members lap till we got to the resort. Basically she became a lap baby. lol

I think it specifically says that Car Seats must be stowed in the luggage area of the Magical Express and that small children should be held on a lap. I think because there are no seatbelts.
I dont have kids but I've seen people mostly use the park transportation when they are staying in the resorts..kids or not. Sometimes they struggle because they let their kid fall asleep before the bus comes (and they have to come out of the stroller) or they have the stroller packed with bags and such and they cant get it folded.
