I think I will be using the KTTW card to charge purchases to my room this year. If my boyfriend decides to do the same, can we keep our charges separate or do they have to all be on one bill linked to our room? It would be much less of a headache if I can have my own purchases charged to my Key and his charges charged to his but since we are traveling together in one party according to Disney, I don't know if this is possible. Anyone have experience with this?

That is correct, they will only attach one to the room.
Only one credit card per party can be linked to the KTTW.

We had the option of different credit cards It wasn't a problem but our Check in CM needed her manager to help with it. We ended up not doing so because it was easier for us to just to charge directly with our credit cards. On other Forums, users have reported it being possible but CMs not knowing how to do so properly. We were told their new check-in software made it easier

I emailed Disney and they told me that a different credit card could be linked to each KTTW. Looks like from the link you posted dontthrowsand, that it is not well known by CMs.
