Vote for your Favorite Christmas Movie

I thought it would be fun to see how the Christmas movies stack up with this group of folks Smile Also planning a movie marathon and want to see if I've forgotten any!

You forgot "A Muppet Family Christmas"! It is SO funny and well-done!

I have a feeling "Other" will be a popular choice since there are so many good movies. I went with Rudolph, because I do love the classics, although there are some others I could have picked. I love Frosty too!

I voted for White Christmas as my favorite. Scrappy and I just went and saw that on stage at the theatre of the arts in Phlia. It was great, but nothing really beats the movie. Christmas Vacation I always watch when we put up the first tree.

I actually had it in there, but I could only include 10 options, so it got bumped for "other!" laugh

Mr. Hub -- That's my favorite, too! I always have to watch it every year. Was the stage production like the movie? Would love to see that.

cdub -- Those tv movies are classics, aren't they?

Hi bali, yes it was like the movie, but of course there were some changes and they had to leave a lot out. But scrappy and I were both rather impressed with it. It's well worth the experience.

I voted for Charlie Brown Christmas, because it's a favorite from childhood. I do love white Christmas, though, and would LOVE to see it on stage. Will have to do a search to see if it's being done anywhere around here!

We are required to watch It's a Wonderful Life in my house each year. We have it one while baking cookies, usually. Well, DW has it on while baking cookies. I'm usually doing a lot of dough eating...

I haven't even watched half of those this year! I need to organize my pre-Christmas time better next year!

My Son has watched the 24 hour marathon of Christmas Story since they started running it. I can't even stand the thought of it any more! He's 26 years old and still watches the marathon every Christmas! We had to ban him from turning it on when he came over for Christmas dinner this year!

laugh That is definitely a generational thing -- the 24 hour marathon, not the movie itself. mickey I've got nephews who are addicted!
