Walt Disney World WiFi Being Upgraded

I saw this on another website today.

Walt Disney World Resort plans on upgrading their Wi-Fi across the property. Enhancements will start this week with the first resort to be upgraded Disney's Pop Century Resort. It is unknown how long the full roll-out will take.

"WDW Resorts Guest" will be the network name for the stronger, improved WiFi.

I'm pretty excited about this personally. Painfully slow Wi-Fi and a weak connection have been the norm of my experience. Enhancements sound like a pretty good thing to me!

THANK. GOODNESS. I wish they would start with the park wifi though as that's where it's been the worst for me!

Wish they would improve all of their IT, including MDE. I bought five tickets for MVMCP. Three of them were dropped from MDE. One returned today, but still missing two.

Don't even get me started on their IT, MDE, DTA and app...

Hopefully they get the ships and the onboard app up to par also!

The website and MDE app have been really bad lately. Our MNSSHP tickets have disappeared and re-appeared a few times.

I find the WiFi fine at the resorts, it's in the parks where it's crap. It drops off all the time.
