Wanted To Say Hello

Hello everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is David and I live in Newport News, VA, about 45 minutes from Virginia Beach. I have loved Disney World ever since my very first trip back in '95. On my trips I have stayed both on site (Pop Century) and off site. I prefer on site of course. I have not been since 2008, but am hoping to get back to the World real soon. I thought about waiting for a while until they finish with the Fantasyland expansion. I am not able to go as often asa I would likee to because of money.... or lack thereof. Anyway, I jsut wanted to say hello and introduce myself. Hope everyone has a nice day!

Hey Jeff! Thanks man! My favorite restaurant? That's a tough one because there are so many that I love. I really like The Garden Grill in Epcot...the food is really good, plus you get to interact with the characters! That's always cool. I really like the 50's Primetime Cafe in Disney's Hollywood Studios. I think it is themed well and the food is really good. Another restaurant I really love as far as theming is concerned is Sci Fi Dine In Theater. I have also done the Spirit Of Aloha Dinner Show at the Polynesian resort. Their salad and pineapple bread are outstanding. I think I ate my weight in pinapple bread!! I like Pecos Bills in the Magic Kingdom. Their chicken wrap is so good!!! Those are just a few of my favorites I don't get a lot of snacks. I use the snack money to buy bottled water. Gotta keep hydrated!

Hi David and welcome! Oh gosh, waiting until the Fantasyland Expansion is complete will be tough! Would you consider going for a special event before then, like the Halloween Festivities, Food and Wine Festival, or the Christmas Holidays?

I always say to hold off until it makes financial sense. Much more fun if you know you're not causing yourself distress to go. Plus the longer you wait the more fun it is!

If I understand correctly I think they are supposed to be done by sometime in 2013. That is what they are hoping for anyway. That is just what I have heard.
