Jeff, I have to say those giant slides intimidate me too, but I'd still like to try them one day. Do the ones at the Disney parks compare with the terrifying looking ones I see in other water parks? Or are they more tame?

We've gone more than once, but they're not a must-do.
We haven't been to the water parks in the past 3 visits. They were fun - loved the wave pool at Typhoon Lagoon; will NEVER in a million years do the humongously steep death-to-all-who-enter water slide at Blizzard Beach - I fear that thing. I would be the one that falls off the side or something.
But I'm more in the Bella camp - they tend to creep me out more these days, and I am just as happy with the resort pools if I need to cool off.

I voted never been but wouldn't mind..simply because I am a never say never type of girl..but honestly my answer would be "never been..and really won't go unless someone uses force".
Water Parks in general creep me out. Ironically public pools I don't really mind.
I don't get it.

We've been several times and look forward to going back when we have time. The Water Parks are a morning activity, though, and we've gotten more and more into the sleeping late pattern at Disney!

Brave you..if it were a roller coaster I'd have no problem with it..I guess because I am strapped in.
