Awww thank you soooo much everyone. All that well wishing is working! I'm finally starting to feel better. I spent most of the day dressed and out of bed yesterday! And I'm packed

Though I don't know how you do those flights - we could hardly stand our little 6 hour flight from Orlando to here. UGH!
Just sent you a PM - we're in LA for work stuffs. Which kinda sucks, but originally they wanted me to fly to Des Moines (Iowa - the mid-west - ack!) and I said no way!!

Have a great time...We visited my wife's sister who lives in Los Angeles for three weeks in 2001..We done Vegas for a weekend and San Diego for another weekend ( and a day trip to Tijuana ) I'm a big movie fan so a trip downtown Los Angeles and Graums Chinese theatre was a must for me..Enjoy your vacation..

Another amazing day in sf! Breakfast at Louis cafe overlooking the beach, Japanese tea garden, B patisserie for cake, part of the 49 mile drive up to twin peaks, then over the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito with dinner Al fresco in bar bocce. Love this city!

Had a great last day in SF, we visted the sealions, got breakfast in boudins, went to Alcatraz and ended in a jazz gar bar where I sang with the pianist! Don't think you get better last days than that!

We said a very sad farewell to SF yesterday and a big HELLO to Vegas! It's very different but I do like it, it hasn't stolen my heart yet like SF did 
the hotel is amazing, on the 54th floor! Went to visit the Venetian and cesars palace with dinner at the Cheesecake Factory

The Venetian is where one of Wolfgang Puck's restaurants is, right? I think that's where my cousin used to work (she's a pastry chef)!

Awesome..We stayed at New York..New York hotel...Never forget getting in the wrong elevator and it took me 30 minutes to find our room..And the rollercoaster zooming by our window..Crazy town...Went out for breakfast one morning and a woman with her curlers still in her hair,trying the one arm bandit..lol..

There is a great antiquities book shop at the Venetian (or there was when I was there a few years back) I spent hours in there browsing, they had a lot of signed stuff

Glad you're having such a good time. My husband and I honeymooned in Vegas and we loved it. We went to the Venetian to see "The Phantom of the Opera" and it was spectacular, better than when we saw it in Broadway! If you like Broadway musicals I highly recommend seeing the Phantom at the Venetian!
