What Are Your Favorite Disney Springs Restaurants

The past couple of years Disney Springs has gone through a major overhaul. What are your favorite places to eat there these days? Do you stick with your old favorites, or have you been switching it up with the latest eateries? What do you like best? Is there still one place that stands out above the rest for you?

I'm slowly ticking them all off the list.

Current favorites include
Frontera Cocina
Polite Pig
Splitsville
Pizza Ponte

Enzo's Hideaway and Jock Lindsey's for drinks

OMG - Geordon and I ***LOVED*** Polite Pig. The food is every bit as good as the table service restaurants. So delicious!

I'm a big fan of Homecomin' I've been there twice and if I didn't try so hard to always eat at new places I might just go there all the time.

I'm hoping we can check out more now that we are closer. But so far:

1. Morimoto Asia was super good
2. Blaze Pizza because it's always been piping hot and delicious

I want to try the Polite Pig next.

honestly I don't think I've tried anything in Disney springs that I wouldn't go back to but my absolute favourites are:

blaze pizza
polite pig
homecomin
raglan road - brunch (other meals are gorgeous but brunch is my favorite!)

oh this talk of food is making me hungry!!!!

For us it is:
1. Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant ----- for 5-day trip, we will go there twice; for a 7+ day trip, we will go 3 - 4 times; for a non-Disney trip, we will still go there; one of the BEST Irish Pubs outside of Ireland (actually better than some Irish Pubs in Ireland too)

2. D-Luxe Burger ----- Great burgers and fries; we split a burger and fries order as there is so much

3. Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant

4. Bongos ----- a lot of food for the price

Never tried Polite Pig or Homecomin' as we live in the middle of barbeque country and home-grown cooking here outside of Charlotte, NC. We like House of Blues when we are in the mood for Cajun Southern cooking and good music. We have never been a big fan of Rainforest Cafe or T-Rex.

After dinner or after park drinks, we always head for Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant. They have great music and have gotten to know some of the staff and managers through the years that we always end up there.

Y'all have obviously had much better luck at Raglan Road than I have. I really want to like it, because it does get great reviews, but both times I have been (one dinner, one brunch) have been a disappointment to me. What is it about Raglan Road that keeps you returning?

Since we'll be staying at Saratoga Springs in June, we definitely plan on trying out some of the new restaurant locations.

The ones we've enjoyed thus far are: Raglan Road, The Poutine, Splitsville, and D-Luxe Burgers.

The only true meal we had at DS was at Raglan, it was better than I expected. We tried the scallops and fish and chips. We had appetizers at Jock's that were interesting.

I felt the same about Raglan Road. All I hear are great things and it was just meh for me...

We stopped in for drinks there in February and the food that kept walking past looked pretty tasty. I haven't eaten there yet though.

My top 5 in order:

Homecomin - Favorite for chicken. Share the chicken dinner. Moonshine margarita and cucumber cooler!!
Morimoto - Really good ribs. Enjoyed sushi and peking duck as well. Nice bar upstairs too.
The Boathouse - Dined outside for lunch on the deck and at the bar. Filet sliders and shared the shrimp and fries.
Splitsville - Surprisingly good sushi. Chicken sandwich is huge!
House of Blues Restaurant - Good comfort food. Was our favorite for chicken prior to Homecomin.

I enjoy the bar and entertainment at Raglan Road. Food has been OK. Paradiso is another with a nice bar, but average food. Too long since we dined at Bongos to comment.

Look forward to visiting Wine Bar George when we return in Oct.
