What discount does Annual Pass get on MNSSHP+MVMCP

Also, how restricted are the dates that you can buy the discounted tickets? The WDW site says you can only get the discount on select dates. We already know which nights we want to go, assuming I have correctly predicted this year's dates, we want to do MNSSHP on 28th Oct and MVMCP on 21st Nov, so hoping it is worth buying an AP well in advance so we can buy the tickets with the discount.

Only one of us will have an AP, the rest of us wil have 3wk Ultimate tickets (for UK guests).

Actually is the discount bigger with a Premium Annual Pass or is it the same? We won't need waterpark access as we will have Aquatica access with our Discovery Cove tickets, though we will want DisneyQuest once during the trip, but probably doesn't justify the PAP unless the other discounts are bigger too.

I would probably consider the PAP for the waterparks and Disney quest. there used to be a greater discount on purchases with the PAP but they got rid of that last year meanies Have you thought about buying a TiW card with your annual pass? I think the workings out are that you would need to spend $500 in Disney restaurants for it to start to work in your favour, depends how many onsite meals you are planning. I think the Disney waterparks are much better than aquatica

I cant remember the exact discount on party tickets but I can say its not a huge amount sadly I think its about $4 off

Thanks Robyn, the WDW site doesn't seem to give very much detail on actual discounts.
We were planning to get a TIW, I think we can easily spend enough in WDW restaurants to get out money's worth out of it, just need to check where it's valid as from memory it's not everywhere. We can also use the valet parking that way too
Still not sure about the need for the Disney waterparks, last time in 3wks we went to Blizzard Beach twice, and this time we will be having a day at DC and we will go to Aquatica at least once, besides we will have a pool at the townhouse and then 2 days at Castaway Cay on the cruise. But I will think about it, it might just be nice to have the freedom to go to a Disney Waterpark if we decide to, since the rest of us will have entry included in our Ultimate tickets.

Done some googling and found we won't get discount on MNSSHP if we go on 28th Oct as planned, no discount on that date (but AP discount is quite good for MNSSHP on dates when it can be used).
Also, very little discount on MVMCP, so no big deal, better to get Advance Purchase discount prices.
