That's a really good question and I'm not sure of the answer. My guess is that they'd do some kind of "grand opening," but I can also see them wanting to get whatever is ready back in circulation.
Peg, they're planning phases, with most of it to be completed by 2013. I haven't heard a first opening date, but if I had to guess, I'd say they'd have something open for the 40th on October 1 - so it will just miss you

Yes - I did some research on this recently. The ride was original to the park, but it was quite different, and from all accounts, scarier. Snow White wasn't even in it, because the ride was supposed to be from her perspective; in other words, guests played the role of Snow White. However, guests apparently didn't "get it" and it was redone. So even though this version isn't the original, a Snow White ride has existed since park opening in 1971.
