What Food Item is Missing?

So I just had some delicious breakfast tacos and I was thinking that I didn't know of any good ones in the World. It's one of my favorite food items. What dish or item do you think they need to add? (It's a better question now that Via Napoli offers good pizza!)

Our answers to this question are probably going to depend on our location. For me the one thing I really have not seen offered any place in Disney is a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich.

That's a good one. It's universally loved too, I wonder why they don't one. Am I forgetting one?

I wish the parks would offer more breakfast items in general - say, breakfast sandwiches. We tend to get out and go, and I don't always want breakfast first thing.

I would love a Philly cheese steak sandwich!

I also wish they had mini donuts somewhere other than the water parks. And if they do, tell me where they are!

Can we talk more about these breakfast tacos?!? I have never heard of them and tacos are pretty much my favorite food..ever.
Call me crazy..or five..but every once and awhile I love a really good grilled cheese on marble rye. Not like a kiddo grilled cheese but a food one with various cheeses..yum. I want one now. I don't think I've ever had one of them at WDW

I think it still qualifies as a Patty melt, but to be safe, we can just call it a Bella Melt. laugh

I read on the Disney Food Blog about a grilled cheese sandwich with various cheeses. I want to say it's at the Poly but I can't remember for sure.

Breakfast tacos are just eggs/chorizo/potatoes/etc in a tortilla (usually with some salsa!) Heuvos Rancheros would be a nice addition too, although not as portable.

Probably the biggest gain they could offer is some philly cheese steak sandwich. It has been a big wonder with restaurants and I see the same continuing should they decide to offer it.

I bet that some tower burgers with barbecue would be good as well. Burgers and barbecue have been a staple in the area so mixing and matching both would be nothing short of a sell-out. Oh if they just had those instead of the regular breakfast menu.
