What if (edition 3).....

What if you could only ride one roller coaster while you are there....which do you choose...RNRC, Expedition Everest, Space Mountain, or Big Thunder Mountain?

Not even a question - Expedition Everest. RNRC is too short, Space Mt. was closed last time we were there and we didn't miss THAT much, and Big Thunder is definitely inferior to the other three.

Same here, big Aerosmith fan.

Besides, I don't even think Expedition Everest is that cool...

I havent had a chance to ride it yet. Plan to on the next trip. But something about rock music synced to a roller coaster is just plain awesome sauce

I would have to choose Expedition Everest just because I think it is my new favorite ride at WDW. RNRC....umm how about never!!! I haven't talked myself into riding that one yet. I do love my mountain rides though.

Expedition Everest...how intense is it? I favor the "fun but not really scary" original WDW coasters (SM, BTMRR.) I haven't ridden EE (I know, insert your "Lizzy, you are RIDICULOUS" comment here.) So I'll reserve judgment until someone tells me ALLLL about it (I've ridden all the others.)

If I die while listening to Sweet Emotion after that AWESOME take off...fine by me.

Lizzy: Everest is a bit more intense than Big Thunder Mountain, but it's more fun too! If it were faster though...it'd be awesome (not as awesome as RNRC, but stil...)

RNRC without doubt. I could hang around there listening to the music for ages.

I like Noturna's summation. My biggest dislike on rollercoasters are really, really big drops. I can corkscrew and go upside down with no problem. But I'm not a fan of the big, giant hills. So I'll probably give it a try soon. I need to do Primeval Whirl and Kali, too, and I'd like to go on the Safari again.

I think I need to ditch the kiddoes and spend a day at AK Smile

That is so fun! I want that on my phone Smile It's the "Wildest Ride in the Wilderness" after all!

To answer the question, I always have to go with Space Mountain. It's my favorite coaster!

Believe it or not, I'd be torn. I think EE is possibly the best ride in Disney World all things considered, but I've been REALLY enjoying BTMRR lately.

I'm the opposite of you. The giant hills I don't mind, but I'm not trying to go upside down or corkscrew. No way!

Does the backwards in the dark part of Expedition Everest bother you?

Surprisingly not at all. EE is one of my favorites and I could probably ride it all day.

And I'm really really tryig to get her to go on it!. I think see would like. She used to be the one that went on the thrill rides and I stayed off them.

Brad: I think the backwards part of EE is one of the best parts, but the turns on that ride are great! I always thought you were going upside down in the backwards part of EE, but from reading around found out you dont. I still love it.

Don't panic, none or EE is inverted, I'd be surprised if it even banks beyond 30degrees

Um...backwards/dark?? That may be a game changer.

I have become THOROUGHLY undaring since I had children - well, at least when it comes to roller coasters. I think I just got out of practice. Maybe it's time for some roller coaster therapy to undo the damage! yay
