I'm willing to wait 30 minutes, 45 minutes is pushing it. I may be in trouble when Galaxies Edge opens...

That's about my limit also.

That's abut mine too. I couldn't get a fast pass for Slinky Dog the night before the cruise in October. It was a 75 minute. We were through the line and off the ride in under an hour.

Yeah - I'm in that range too if I'm going to actually wait in the queue.
I usually cap it at 30 minutes, but made 2 exceptions in recent months:
1. Slinky Dog - we did stand by one night because I really wanted to ride it at night.
2. FoP - we did stand by once because we wanted to see the indoor line que stuff (and it was pretty coolio!)
It helped that we went alot as passholders this past year;otherwise I doubt we should have done either.
I have an inflammatory arthritis that requires me to stay active or my elbows and knees start to lock up. Even if I was willing to wait in a long queue, my body doesn't allow me to stand or even sit in one position too long. So for me, I'm pushing it with a 20 to 30 minute line. FastPasses and rope drop are my best friend.

We waited 3 hours for FoP once and we had FP's too for later.

It depends on the circumstances. If I really feel like doing a ride, I would wait an hour+, but if it's something that I know I can ride with half the wait if I just come back later, I won't usually wait.
