Toy Story Mania.... this probably isnt as bad as it could be, but we waited 50-60 minutes. Its one of the ones thats worth it.

at WDW.. it was Toy Story Mania.. we waited a good 2.5 hours.. it was a fairly new ride and Disneyland's hadnt opened yet so we got in line even though we didnt have a Fast pass. Great ride, great queue, but I dont think I've gone it since at WDW. I go on it at Disneyland and that's usually the longest wait of the day there too. (no fast pass at Disneyland!)
at Disneyland.. this once is easy.. I've waited 2 hours for Splash Mountain when it opened, but even longer for another ride.
I went to Disneyland with my family in tow when the Indiana Jones Adventure first opened. We actually got on line ON MAIN STREET USA... which took us up through FRONTIERLAND.. and finally down and around into Adventureland.. and 3.5 hours later we were in our Jeep trying to avoid the forbidden eye of Mara!!
We pretty much only ride TSMM with a Fastpass. In DL we happened to get a few passes to skip the line because they made us wait forever for our room, otherwise we probably wouldn't have ridden it since they don't have FPs there. It's also probably the longest we ever waited without getting to ride something in WDW, because when it was soft opening we waited in line forever. When we got close to the end the line stopped moving and we sat down and waited even longer. Finally they said "it's broken and we can't fix it today." Not a good use of time.
We've waited an hour for TSM the first few times we did it, but now I won't wait more than 30 minutes if I don't have a FP.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I have patience in the range of minus-6 when it comes to waiting in line for anything.
Dumbo.
I don't remember, but when I was 2 that's what I wanted to go on, so my mom and I waited for over 2 hours to ride. When we got to the gate, as she tells it, the CM said they were shutting the ride down because the line was too long. She refused to leave the line, stormed through the gate and sat us onto a Dumbo and wouldn't leave until they ran the ride. They didn't.
Then in College for Spring Break one of my friends wanted to ride Dumbo, so I waited 45 mins for it and finally got my ride. My mom has a picture of me on it framed. She refused to ever let my sister and I wait for it, so I had to wait until I did wdw w/out the family to ride it. Still cracks me up to think about it.
FYI Dumbo isn't worth the 18 year wait.
Wishin' I was at WDW!
You are definitely correct 18 yrs is too long a wait. For us the longest wait was back in 2006 during the AP holders "special preview" for Expedition Everest's grand opening. We waited in line for over 2 hours. Other than that 30 minutes is about the longest we will wait in line for anything.
We have waited close to an hour to ride Soarin but that is the only one we will wait more than 30 minutes for.
We also waited that long to ride Toy Story once. To me, Soarnin is so worth the wait, Toy Story is not.

I feel the same way.
I'd say it was probably Toy Story - we waited a good 2 hours for it on our honeymoon because we really wanted to try it. I would have loved to ride again, but that line was just ridiculous. I wish there was a way they could alleviate that some more!

I haven't waited for anything for a really long time for, well...a really long time. Fastpasses have ruined me! I stood in line during EMH last month for Soarin' - the wait was about 40 mins - but I didn't stay. I had too much to do and just a little time to do it in!
