Where did the double decker busses go? They used to travel around Epcot and were a nice little ride. Does anyone know?

The last time I saw one was for the Character party, can't remember the name. All the characters would ride on the bus and it would stop every so often and they would get off and dance and play with the guests. That was in 2002 maybe? I do remember a long time ago that you could, as a guest, ride from one part of WS to another on it. But with the crowds now, that is pretty not safe.

Yep--I remember the Character busses, too. I remember being on a backstage tour and seeing the characters getting ready to go out on into Epcot on the bus. Mighty strange to see that headless Minnie... 
Can't say I recall being able to ride on the double decker ones, though.
