That's totally Remy. Hrmmm, I want to guess that it's in Chef de France.
Is it a current picture or an older one? Was it from when they brought him around on a cart?
It sort of looks like he is sitting on a silver tray and I think they used to life a dome to reveal him.

Yup. Lifted a dome on a cart at Chef de France. He squeaked and gestured. It was adorable. Wish they would bring it back!

Yes! It is the screen of the Grand Canyon Fireplace. If you've never checked it out before, it is really a phenomenal piece of ironwork art. Take a minute to see it next time you are there.

I do not know where that is by looking at it, but I love it.
Hrmmm... Let's see if I can suss it out at all. The pattern is great art nouveau design, which was big during the Belle Epoque in France, which is the period that the France Pavilion in Epcot is designed from. It's light and girlie, such as something that might be in the perfume house.
