Hrmmm... Let's see if I can suss it out at all. The pattern is great art nouveau design, which was big during the Belle Epoque in France, which is the period that the France Pavilion in Epcot is designed from. It's light and girlie, such as something that might be in the perfume house.
That's totally Remy. Hrmmm, I want to guess that it's in Chef de France.
Is it a current picture or an older one? Was it from when they brought him around on a cart?
It sort of looks like he is sitting on a silver tray and I think they used to life a dome to reveal him.

The colors don't fit in the Grand Floridian to me. Everything is more peachy and green with cabbage roses. LOL! Watch you be right. I was accused of overthinking things recently.

Is it in Hollywood Studios? They do art deco in that Park, but art nouveau dovetails with that period.
