I made my ADR's a couple days ago and wrote down the confirmation numbers but i still haven't gotten my confirmation email. I made an ADR a few months ago when i booked the trip and got the email the next day. How long does it normally take? I booked it all online so should i wait a bit and call to make sure or not worry about it since i do have confirmation numbers written down? 
Check your trip reservation to see if they are listed in your itinerary. I usually get the reservations right away, but there have been time i never got some, just had to check in line and they were listed. Don't get upset!

Still no email and when i go to the disney site and go to my reservation it still only has the one dining one that i had made a while back 
i tried looking for it under missing reservations and it just keeps saying that they are currently having trouble displaying reservations. I think might have to call to put my mind at ease.

I would give them a call at 407-WDW-DINE and confirm with your reservation number. I usually get emails within a few minutes of making an ADR.
Have you tried entering in your confirmation numbers on the "My Reservations" page? Several of mine were missing off the site but when I entered in the confirmation number it added it to my list.
I tried that but it kept saying they were having trouble displaying reservations.
However i called today and got an automated system to confirm dining reservations and after punching in all my confirmation numbers they repeated back exactly what my reservations were so they are all there!

Did you give them your resort reservation # when you made these ADR's? You can look up on the www.waltdisneyworld.com website and go to your rez, and if they are connected, they will show up there. You probably already know this, but it was just a thought.
