Was looking at free things to do in Disney and heard murmurs about this. Does this still exist? Did it ever? Has anyone done it? Have you even heard of it?

I googled this and found it mentioned on a few older "free things to do in WDW" websites, but couldn't find any new or official info on it. Anyone else able to contribute ideas? Sounds like a "call and ask" kind of thing to me (which I might just have to do!)
