Your Disney Cruise Pictures

We've got some great threads over in the Photography Forum for your general artsy Disney pictures, but I thought we needed one here to show off our memories of the Disney Cruise Line!

What did you take pictures of on the cruise line? The terminal? The ship? Your family? Characters? Castaway Cay?

Share your Disney Cruise pictures with me!

My first look at the Disney Dream. I was so excited, I forgot to roll down the car window for the picture, hence the tint.

I'll upload a few soon. We were on the Dream last year. I loved it and am looking forward to the Fantasy.

I would love to go on a Disney cruise someday! I have never been on one at all and I always said, if I was going to take one I wanted it to be a Disney one, LoL.

Someone else must have some cruise pictures to share... I'll just keep posting though!

I loved the DCL terminal, it was bright and cheerful, oddly enough the floor was one of my favorite parts with it's beautiful inlaid map of the Caribbean. Mickey and Minnie being there didn't hurt either! We arrived for our cruise about Noon and everyone was milling about. I was happy that I didn't have kids with me in the terminal, it can be a little boring. Luckily for us they bumped us to an earlier boarding.

Really great floor

We're taking our niece on the Eastern Caribbean in December (Puerto Rico, St. Thomas/St. John and CC in the Bahamas) It'll be her first Disney cruise and only her second time at WDW. I promised her she'd meet Mickey when she was 8. Weended up with a group of 17 people lol For this trip we extended her stay by a day so she could enjoy the parks at Christmas time. Then it's DW & I time biggrin

Here are some more of my pictures from the Dream... after we got on board for the first time, we were shuffled off to the buffet at the Enchanted Garden for lunch. It was our first encounter with Disney Cruise Line food and it was really pretty good. Everything was fresh and hot and delicious. The pastry case was my favorite part, that Strawberry tart was a-ma-zing!

Kristen, those desserts look SO good! That display case even makes the blue Jello look appealing.

The food was really great. I think for the whole cruise there was only one thing I didn't like, and they just brought me something else. It was really fantastic. I'll post more cruise food pics later as I move through the vacation pics Smile

The food all over the ship was amazing. We ate just about every breakfast and lunch at cabanas...so many choices! Don't forget room service food is included too. It's delicious

We ordered 2 of some meals and appetizers. I love that Disney will feed you until they get it right.

So, after lunch we went up to our room to see where we would be spending the next few days. I was a little nervous about the size of the cabin, even though we had gotten the largest standard cabin (Family Stateroom w/ Veranda). I like to have a lot of space in a room. The size was very agreeable to me and I thought it was roomy and perfect for 2-3 people. I don't think I could have handled 5 in there though.

Shortly after we settled in it was time for our safety drill ...

Kris1971, it's fantastic! You will enjoy every minute on the Disney cruise ships. If you can do a minimum of 4nights that's even better. The sea day is nice and relaxing.
