I give Kristen kudos for keeping calm when dealing with an uninformed person.

A lady at my husband's work is planning her first trip to WDW with her little girl. They leave in two weeks and she asked DH yesterday for advice by saying, "Well I know there is 'Enchanted Kingdom' but is there anything else to do there?" eek eek eek *head slap*

Oh Allie! That's terrible!

I had a very similar experience today at work. A co-worker is going to Florida and is going WDW for the first time and is only going for ONE DAY.

So she asks me: "Which park is the best to visit? Busch Gardens, Univeral?"
The poor girl thought that Disney owned ALL the theme parks in Orlando! I don't even know where to start when people ask me questions like this.

ROFL

I get looked at like a giant 6-head cyclops when I tell people we are going for 10 days. And with no kids!

There are many posters on this forum who don't understand how Jan and I could spend a week at WDW, have a wonderful. magical time, never go to the parks and still not see everything.

On my first day on my most recent trip, I didn't have park tickets but visited a couple of resorts. I thought of you and Jan. I can certainly understand. There is so much to see and do outside of the parks.
