Oh oh! I want to guess! I guess you took it from Tarzan's Treehouse, but the angle seems slightly off for that to me, so I could be wrong.

I have never once seen an actual monkey on Monkey Island. This part of Animal Kingdom just confuses me. Have you ever seen any animals here?
I am certain that I've heard and seen the monkeys. Didn't see any last time I was there, but I remember some mornings when they were there and were quite loud with their holler. They did attract quite a viewing.

Yes we have seen the monkeys there several times. I'll try and find some pics.

Time marches on. Eventually you realize it's doing it across your face.
Zz I love that picture of the Boardwalk. I have to admit I have never been on any boardwalk like at Ocean City or Atlantic City so I will have to go that resort! I have lived such a sheltered life.
I think I may have a picture or two with the monkees.
This was from my trip in 2010. I saw some last year too.
Yay Monkeys! So glad to know that it's not just a weird abandoned island.

Ha! I wish the Jersey shore still looked like that, it's why Boardwalk is my favorite theme! I remember talks of revitalizing the Asbury Park area in the old style a few years ago, don't know what ever came from that though.

There were sooo many monkeys when I was there. I have tons of pics of them but they are not edited.

This just amused me. Probably because I was thinking of my aunt who passed away 15 years ago. She was a great photographer. She used film, no edits, just what she captured in the shot. I think it's funny that editing today is something that happens after you take the picture, for her it happened before. It's an interesting evolution.

Where is this? Sorry if it's a dumb question. It looks familiar (it's from Pinocchio, but I mean in the parks), but don't know where I've seen it.

Haha! I know the feeling. I learned on film and all the classes I have ever taken were with film so editing is strange to me too, that is why I do so little unless I am trying to make a really artsy image. I still shoot with film every once in awhile, I love it when I am able to get back into a darkroom.
Over the years, I've taken many pictures of the Hat at night. And since there are rumors going around that the Hat might be removed from DHS, I thought I'd post another one of those pictures.
