Happy Thursday! We're back with another installment of our Disney news round-up! Today we have details on the newest fast casual restaurant at Disney Springs, a special Easter menu at Paddlefish, and much more!

The newest fast-casual dining spot at Disney Springs, The Polite Pig, is slated to open on Monday, April 10 in Town Center. The restaurant will focus on "modern barbecue" along with southern sides, classic cocktails, and a seven-sauce toppings bar.

Paddlefish in Disney Springs has announced a prix fixe menu for Easter Sunday. The menu is $52 per person and includes a few new dishes for the holiday including Dover Sole Roulade and an Opera Cake for dessert.

The Orlando Business Journal takes a look at how the immersive plans for Pandora: The World of Avatar might affect the new Star Wars Land at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Rivers of Light at Disney's Animal Kingdom will be performed twice a week through April 22 and then will return to its once nightly schedule from April 23 to at least September 4.

The Tomorrowland Movers were the winners of this year's March Magic online vote. The Movers defeated the Gracey Manor Ghouls in the final round of voting.

And finally, Disney recently gave guests a sneak peek at the new hand-drawn animations for Happily Ever After, the new nighttime show that debuts May 12 at the Magic Kingdom. Check out the video here.
