Guests having problems with the service can call Walt Disney World Telecom at 407-827-2732.

This is amazing... But I'm sad that there isn't wifi for the bus stop at Jambo. Sometimes we do get a 15-20 minute wait... Especially for MK and DTD since they ate the farthest. But this is great great news! Now we just need it in the parks!!! Lol

This is good news but we were at Bay Lake Tower last week and had a lot of diffuclty in our room with the wi-fi. We had two laptops and an iPad with us. I think you can only have one device connected at a time which is a pain. Some times we could not even get one device connected. I hope when we return in October it will be better. There were no instructions in the room and I had to call to have our modem rebooted. Just a little disappointed.

Was pleasantly surprised in Nov'11 at the Contemporary to find that we arrived two weeks after they installed complimentary wifi.

This is such huge news to people like me who often work their way through WDW. Not to mention that the Social Media savvy can tweet and post to their hearts delight with ease!

Need to keep expanding and have it available in the parks.

The in room WIFI at Port Orleans Riverside worked great for a Windows laptop, but not nearly as reliably for a MacBook. I could NEVER connect to WIFI anywhere with my iPad and only sporadically OUTSIDE my room with an iPhone 4S. I think Safari is the problem. A more troubling issue is that I couldn't make cell phone calls or text message from inside my room at Acadian House. I had to stand outside because the signal was so poor! Otherwise, the hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there.

Wi-Fi working well at the All Star Sports Resort...even in parking lot! Glad it is not at the parks and hope they never do. Already enough phone zombies walking around in a daze and hidiously annoying mystery messages for the kids which are loud and obnoxious and so.o.oooo repetitive because every kid HAS to hear the same loud message even though you can hear it over and over by just standing within 100 feet of the spot. Worst idea they've ever had next to overselling Mickey's nighttime Christmas parade which is so mobbed it has ceased to be fun.
a shame. But I am sure they will cave to the techies and have it in the parks by next year...Good-bye peace and quiet.
