I think those stand for "dear wife" and "dear husband," at least that's how I've seen those letters used elsewhere.

Thats the same list posted on pretty much every other forum. We should have a sticky post with the abbreviations list in it. Hint hint!

The DH and such are used on a lot of different forums I have seen. Depending on your mood or the day it could also stand for Darn Husband .

You can pretty much just use your imagination for what it is being used as at any moment!
On the topic of abbreviations....
It seems like everytime I am at WDW I always see a couple of Disney buses with abbreviations that I can't figure out...anyone know what I am talking about? I can't seem to think of any examples right now though...
Yes! I did see a couple that I had no idea what they were for. I can't remember them now either.
Y'all are awesome. I love it here. Disney Brainiacs!!

Are you talking about the DH--? Those are Dead Heads. We got off a bus one year at a park that was showing a DH abbreviation, and I just HAD to ask about it.
I know, I am late finding this. Just thought I would read through the forum rules and stumbled on this post from forever ago.
If you are talking about something else, then sorry, this is all I know.

I think most people generally use DH on here as "Dear Husband" and DW as "Dear Wife"

Oh, yes, I know. I'm sorry, I meant the buses at WDW show those letters sometimes. They sometimes have weird abbreviations that start with DH. Like DHAK would be a dead head bus to AK. Instead of the resort or park showing, there is some weird combination of letters. The ones I have seen start with DH, which drove me nuts for a couple of trips. I finally had to ask about it. Because some of them don't end with anything that we would understand. So those buses must dead head to areas that are not frequented by guests.?.?

Gotcha, I just wanted to clarify that when I refer to my husband as DH that I'm not calling him a dead head
