Well it's still raining and my neighbour is taking animals, two by two, on his boat..Wonder if he knows something I don't..Anyway it's Tuesday and that means it's Teppanyaki night...Medallions of Turkey in a terriaki marinade.with grilled mixed peppers,Potato fritters....So for those who are lucky to get out..Walk that walk...And for those like myself, stuck inside..Keep dancing... banana

Ok folks, I am so excited today! Christmas 2012 I got a fitbit tracker, which is like a pedometer on steroids, and I synced it with the My Fitness Pal app and with all those motivational tools I ended up losing 13 lbs in about 3 months. Well I lost the fitbit last April and, with it, my motivation, and gained the weight back. Well, I have no idea how or where, but DS found it yesterday! So excited to get my little motivational tool back and hopefully start to loose weight at a quicker pace awesome Sorry if this seems like a shameless plug, but I'm just happy! Planning on the gym tonight and something lean for dinner. Have a great day everyone!

Good afternoon! It is so nice outside today! Partly cloudy and in the 60s.
Walking outside for sure plus indoor weights and bands.
Got my magic bands yesterday!!! The count is getting lower!!Smile
Preparing a falafel pita with pinto beans for dinner--very healthy!!

Well got a 3 mile brisk walk done today...Tonight's dinner was a home made mushroom curry with basmati rice and home made chapatti..Tonight's weather is more rain..And Boomer...Get that check list done..Again and again... clapping

Hi!! Got our 4 miles in yesterday. It was a long day. Had to get the oil changed and it took forever! Think everyone was out since it was good weather.
Today walking inside unless this rain quits. May do R Simmons again.
Pumpkin pancakes this morning. Veggie burger for lunch and dinner is some leftover ham and a baked sweet potato.
Thanks, King, I am starting to get in panic mode list-wise!! Won't be long! Down to 23 days!! yay

Good Monday morning!! The sun is shining and another week closer to the world!! We are down to 20 days and kicking it into high gear now!! yay
Hope everyone had a great weekend and are well!! We sanded some more on our wood floors. My joints are sore! Gotta do a bit more today then stain. Celebrated 4 family birthdays over the weekend too. Got all my walking done outside both days!
Today walking and weights. Dinner is leftover turkey burgers in pitas.

I was inspired my our members who do the races to "time" my walking speed this weekend to see if I would get swept. A pleasant surprise- I did one 13.5 minute mile and 3 14 minute miles, for a total of 4 miles in about 55 mins! Yea!

Monday again people...Very cold here in Scotland but haven't done much exercise tidy...Tonight's din dins I've made a chilli beef and pepper concoction...Will serve it with Tumeric basmati rice..Keep warm and safe folks...Eat healthy and drink wisely..

Good morning, sorry I haven't been around much! Busy running from one thing to another when I'm not clearing snow and ice. All is well and I already did 5 indoor miles. Still eating clean, green and vegan. Yesterday I made a vegan pot pie, my carnivores didn't even miss the meat. Today is veggie soup, salad with ginger dressing and a vegan minestrone. BTW if any of you talk to Yogini thank her for getting me into yoga. I did Jillian Michael's Killer Buns and thighs and couldn't have gotten through it without having done yoga! If you've never tried yoga you must at least once, great for stretching out the body and calming the mind!

Well I've been busy doing odd jobs around the castle..That's my exercise for today..Anyway it's Tuesday and that means it's Teppanyaki night...Pork medallions with a wholegrain mustard sauce and sweet corn relish with potato crocs and a pork/apple roulade...Very healthy indeed...Keep warm folks..Summer is right round the corner..Pity it's a big corner, but it's coming... clapping

Ooh that sounds yummy!! Can you ship me some? wink

I've been drinking this 'Dr Oz fat buster' drink before meals, and I've lost 3lbs in a week so maybe it's working! Has anyone else tried it for an extended period of time and seen results? It's 1C grapefruit juice, 2tsp apple cider vinegar, and 1tsp honey.

I've also been trying to do more abdominal exercises to bust the muffintop laugh

This morning is a bit chilly compared to earlier days. I hope summer is close by, King!
Hi Katie! Love Dr Oz! I use a lot of his meal recipes but haven't tried that drink. It sounds interesting. I do a lot of Richard Simmons dance videos these days that helps with my abs. Good luck!
Today is light stretching and my 4 mile walk.
Dinner is going to be individual lean meat loaves (healthy version), fresh green beans, and roasted red potatoes.

Oh how I wish King Fergus. Right now in Western PA (south of Pittsburgh) it is a balmy 20 degrees F with sunshine. I am so looking for temps in the 50s. Would feel like a regular heat wave.

Well it's Thursday morning..And bless The Lord...It's actually sunny..Cold but blue skies..So my dinner is prepared for tonight..Home made Lasagne with a salad of lettuce,Cherry toms,red cabbage,celery,olives..and and portion of fries..( our Lidl supermarket sells American stuff like fries ) So shortly I'am gonna get wrapped up and go for a brisk walk along by our loch to downtown..Keep warm...Keep safe..Keep dancing...Eat healthy...The four magic words that's all you need.. banana

Good afternoon everyone! Hope you all are having a good day!
I have been on my hands and knees scrubbing my wood floor. I used a steamer on it and it pushed all the dust into all the cracks between each wood strip and looked dark. Now it is clean! Do not like that floor steamer!
Got some errands this afternoon. Mild stretching today. Walk inside. Too cold outside!

Well i haven't checked in for a while but here goes.
Am exercising regularly and finding a balance with the low-carb lifestyle.The weight is coming off slower this time than last but it is shifting in the right direction.
No work for a week from sunday yay so polenty of time to go out and walk.. Multiple birthdays and a last minute suprise wedding to do the cake for should keep me busy.
So all doing ok here .

Whoo Hoo..It's Friday..It's sunny...And my football ( Soccer ) team are playing in my town tomorrow ( they hail 150 miles from me ) So I've just received my new top and my DW and I will walk out to the soccer park which is about 2 & 1/2 mile from my house..Tonight's dinner is 2 hot dogs with fries ( I'am in that kinda mood ) after my two hour session in my local pub with the good ole boys..So keep warm & safe folks, and dance yourself into the weekend.. banana

yeah Hi guys!! Today is sunny here but cool. The weekend is looking warm and promising!
Soo tired of cold weather and looking forward to a week of Florida sunshine soon!!Smile
Just cleaning house today. Running errands this weekend with some down time. DH has been working hard this week.
Hope I can get my walk outside today but that wind is chilly so I will see after lunch.

Hi everyone! I'm giving myself a pat on the back today, because I finally am getting back to it! Leslie Sansone 2 mile-done! All this warmer weather talk has me jealous. Still stuck inside with crazy cold wind chills. The actual temp has warmed up, so now it can snow. A little today, more tomorrow, and the big event on Sunday. The weather forecasters can't seem to agree on this one. 21 days and I am outta here!

Well it's Saturday morning..08.20 and I've had my marmalade toast & coffee...The sun has got it's hat on and I'll be doing a 5 mile walk to our football ( soccer ) stadium to watch my favourite team...All the way from Fife...Tonight's dinner is a Indian carry out from my number one curry house..So have a safe one people..keep dancing..

Monday morning!! Rainy here but sunshine later.
Hope all had a nice weekend. Oscars were good last night!
Try to get my 4 miles outside plus weights today.
Eating homemade granola with blueberry nonfat Greek yogurt, lunch will be turkey veggie sandwich and fruit, dinner all veggies.

Good morning! LOL at least big Jim made dinner last night, raw spring rolls. YUMMMY! Mean green smoothie for breakfast, an asian inspired salad for lunch and red beans with brown rice and okra for dinner. Leslie Sansone's 5 really big miles with boosters done and a nice short solar practice later. Stay warm and safe. I'm safe but the warm just isn't coming! Time to shoot the groundhog.
