A new, full-length Star Wars documentary is making its world premiere at the South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Festival in Austin, Texas on March 11-19. The documentary will also be part of the Digital HD and Blu-ray combo pack for Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey is "an inside look at the making of this epic movie, revealed through in-depth footage and exclusive interviews with the actors and filmmakers."
The documentary is scheduled to be shown at the Paramount Theatre in downtown Austin on Monday, March 14 at 12 p.m. Academy Award-winning visual effects supervisor Roger Guyett and Academy Award-nominated supervising sound editor Matthew Wood will be hosting a Q&A after the screening with co-producer Michelle Rejwan.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens arrives on Digital HD and Disney Movies Anywhere on April 1 and is available for pre-order now. The Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD arrives in stores on April 5.
