5 New Must Try Dishes at the 2017 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

A little hurricane doesn't stop the mouse for long, and the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is up and running once again in Walt Disney World. The Festival is running now through November 13th, 2017 so head on down and eat your way around the world!

Lay a sound foundation to your progressive meal around the world with just a bit of a nibble, head over to Spain for Charcuterie in a Cone. A splendid selection of imported Spanish Meats, Cheeses, and Olives tossed in a bit of Herb Vinaigrette is just the thing to get you started strolling along on your tour.

The Light Lab offers of fun new way to enjoy your cocktails by blending up some crazy beverages that glow under the black light of the space. We suggest trying the radiant, non-alcoholic, T=C2 that is made with Vanilla Tonic Water and Cotton Candy. Yay Science!

Coastal Eats is serving up the bounty of the sea, and the Seared Scallops with Roasted Corn and Butterbean Succotash and Chili-Chipotle Butter Sauce are pretty fantastic. Pair them with the Erath Pinot Gris at the booth and you'll be in scallop heaven.

Flavors from Fire is another new booth at the Festival this year, and the Smoked Corned Beef with Warm Crispy Potatoes, Pickled Onions, and Blonde Ale Beer Fondue is getting some truly rave reviews. This is sort of reminiscent of potato chip nachos smothered in a smokey corned beef and covered in cheese sauce, with a bit of "pop" from the pickled onions that makes it tops in my book.

For a little something sweet and fruity, head over to the new Almond Orchard booth and order the Banana Almond Soft-serve Sundae with Fresh Berries and Crunchy Chocolate Oats. Sponsored by Blue Diamond Almond Breeze this unique dairy-free soft serve is a thrilling new spin on a cool creamy favorite.
