Hug A Character
Pets are important to the health and wellbeing of many people. While you may not have fido along for the trip, you can always put a Disney spin on the experience. Make your way straight to the nearest character meet and greet for a hug from some of your favorite Characters. It doesn't matter how old I get, there always seems to be something cathartic about hugging Mickey mouse.
Enjoy A Minute Of Meditation
There's often a lot of down time at Walt Disney World, and that makes for a great time to get in a minute or two of meditation. Give a brief meditation a try while you're using Disney Transportation at the beginning or end of the day. Take a few deep breaths and center yourself before you are off and running for the day, or at the end of the night you can focus on your favorite memory of the day. I'm particularly fond of using Disney's boats to help me refocus myself and find a bit of peace before heading into a crowded Park. Meditation doesn't have to be long to have a great benefit.
