The seasonal fall festivities are in full swing at Disney Springs with colorful autumn decor, Halloween goodies at retailers, and a flavorful bonanza from the restaurant crowd. I recently stopped by Amorette's Patisserie to check out what was on the menu and see how things were going since they reopened. This upscale patisserie has three new treats that are available for a limited time!
Stepping inside I was thrilled to see that the pastry show kitchen is still operating as normal and production of the delicious desserts hasn't been moved into an offsite location. It was fun to stop for a while and watch the chocolate artists forming the faces for this seasonal Minnie Mousse.
On the chalkboard guests would view a diagram of how the Mickey Mousse is constructed. This little Pumpkin Minnie Mousse though is all about Fall flavor and she's sounds delicious.
What's makes up this little dome of goodness you ask? A base layer of carrot cake is topped with pumpkin and marshmallow mousse, accented with crisp salted caramel candy pearls, covered in glaze, then topped chocolate ears and a bow made of Candy Corn. You can't get much more autumn than the Pumpkin Minnie Mousse.
And here she is... the beautiful Pumpkin Minnie Mousse as gorgeous as ever.
