Braille Menus to Be Available for Guests at Select Restaurants in Disney World and Disneyland

Beginning March 1, both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort will be offering Braille menus for guests with visual disabilities.

Our friends at the Disney Food Blog broke this news in late February.

The Braille menus will be available at select food and beverage locations at each theme park and will be provided to the guests upon request. The menus will provide examples of items but may not reflect any short-term or temporary menu items.

Guests with visual disabilities can request menu reading assistance from cast members at any location if a Braille menu is not yet available. More information for guests with visual disabilities, including Braille Guides and Audio Description devices can be obtained at Guest Relations or by calling 407-827-7395.

There is also a "Guide for Guests with Disabilities" available at Guest Relations, the resort concierge, and at Guidemap areas around the parks.
