Two Disney cast members have been creating art in mid-air with their version of "light painting."
The cast members, Paul Chase and Matt Stewart, were initially inspired to attempt light painting after watching their kids play with flashlights on a family vacation.
So they decided to try their hand at a Disney version inside the Magic Kingdom.
Back in July the duo spent an evening at the theme park and while one "drew" in the air with colored LED pens, the other took long exposure photos of the art.
"As a Disney art director, I doodle Mickey, Pluto and Goofy everywhere. So when Paul suggested we do some long exposure photography, it was a natural for me to try and do a Mickey Mouse in the air," Matt told the Disney Parks Blog.
The light paintings are created freehand, without the use of a template or guide and the long exposure photos mean the artists don't have a chance to erase a mistake.
