Disney Gives Preview of Commemorative Merchandise for Magic Kingdom’s 45th Anniversary
The Magic Kingdom is celebrating its 45th anniversary on October 1 and guests can start purchasing select commemorative merchandise items this week! Certain items will be available at the park and online.

A collection of commemorative logo products including T-shirts, apparel, open edition Disney pins, home goods, and other items are being released on September 22 in select merchandise locations in the Magic Kingdom.
The locations are: Mickey's Star Traders, the Emporium, Big Top Souvenirs, and the Briar Patch.
Two new Disney Dooney & Bourke purses were released September 15 on the Shop Disney Parks app. These handbags will be available at the Emporium starting September 22.
Other commemorative items will be released at the Emporium on October 1 including "I Was There" shirts for guests and Annual Passholders, a limited edition pin, and a limited edition retail MagicBand.
The Disney Parks online store will feature several 45th anniversary shirts from October 1-9. The shirts feature attractions that have been at the Magic Kingdom since 1971.
