At a press conference last week about Pandora, we learned there are three groups "residing" in Pandora: Alpha Centauri Expeditions, scientists from the Pandora Conservation Institute, and an Expat community. There will be special costumes for each group.

To fill these roles, there will be more than 700 new employees in Pandora - The World of Avatar! Check out this link to learn more about the residents of Pandora.

We're also hearing more details about specialty drinks that will be available at the Satu'li Canteen and Pongu Pongu. At Pongu Pongu guests can enjoy a non-alcoholic Night Blossom (limeade mixed with apples and desert pear flavors topped with boba balls), and the Mo'ara Frozen Margarita (with alcohol) which is also topped with boba balls.

The Satu'li Canteen will be serving a non-alcoholic Pandora Sunrise, Banshee wines from the Napa Valley, and Dreamwalker Sangria. Both establishments will also serve Hawkes' Grog Ale and Mo'ara High Country Ale.

And this video shows us how Imagineering is populating Pandora with interactive plants and much more:

And finally, we're hearing more details about the release dates for the remaining Avatar films. Avatar 2 is expected to be released on December 18, 2020, with the remaining films arriving in 2021, 2024, and 2025.

I'm really looking forward to seeing this, especially after dark. I don't have any great love for Avatar or that whole mythology, but I feel like the message of the film fits in well with the Animal Kingdom theme of conservation and exploration.
