Happy Wednesday and welcome to another edition of our Disney news round-up! The Magic Kingdom was recently named the #3 amusement park in the country in Trip Advisor's Travelers' Choice Awards. Disney's Hollywood Studios was #6 on the list, and Disney's Animal Kingdom was #10.
Fans of the Disney Collection by Vera Bradley listen up! Two new designs are coming to the Disney Parks this summer. The first, Mickey's Magical Blooms, is an update to the Midnight with Mickey pattern from 2013. The other, the new Lighten Up Collection, features water-resistant styles perfect for a day at the parks.
When you're at the parks and the munchies hit you, be sure to check out the new popcorn flavors in the Main Street Popcorn Company collection. New flavors include: Sriracha kettle corn, parmesan garlic, kettle corn with red alaea salt, truffle, churro and maple bacon.
Disney's CEO Bob Iger is one of the highest paid CEO's in California according to a new study. His $44.9 million in compensation puts him at #3 on the list compiled by Equilar, Inc.
The Walt Disney Company has declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.71 per share payable on July 28 to shareholders of record as of July 11, 2016.
