As we inch closer to February, we have some exciting news about two new restaurants in Disney Springs: Planet Hollywood Observatory and Paddlefish. One just opened and one is just a few days away from its grand opening.
The Planet Hollywood Observatory has (finally) reopened at Disney Springs. The kitschy, Hollywood-themed eatery has been re-themed into a "four-story star gazing observatory." The new menu features gourmet burgers created by celebrity chef Guy Fieri in addition to Super Nova shakes. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. until midnight but the new Stargazers Lounge is not open yet.
Also in Disney Springs, Paddlefish is set to open on February 4 in the former home of Fulton's Crab House. The new restaurant will focus on fresh seafood, steaks, and chops and will also feature a Sunday Brunch. Guests will also have a chance to enjoy the rooftop bar. You can check out some of the menu items here.
And finally, beginning in May, the Captain's Grille at Disney's Yacht Club Resort will be relocated to the former location of Ariel's Restaurant at Beach Club Resort. The location for the Captain's Grille and the Ale & Compass Lounge will be refurbished during this time.
Are you making plans to dine at Planet Hollywood Observatory or Paddlefish? Let us know in the comments.

I'm kind of excited about Paddlefish. It makes me so happy all the renovations that they've done to the building, I'm thrilled that the smoke stacks and paddle are back. I'm not a big sea food person, but I'll probably give it a try for cocktails and a nosh at least.
