Disney World Theme Parks Ranked in TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Awards

Several of the theme parks and water parks at the Walt Disney World Resort were ranked in the top 10 lists of the TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Awards. Disneyland and Disney California Adventure also made the list.

The Magic Kingdom ranked as one of the world's best theme parks again!

The Magic Kingdom ranked #3 on the list of Top 10 Amusement Parks in the World by TripAdvisor users. Epcot ranked #6, and Disney's Animal Kingdom ranked #7.

The water parks at Walt Disney World also made the list of the Top 10 Water Parks in the U.S. Disney's Typhoon Lagoon was ranked as the top water park in the country and Disney's Blizzard Beach comes in at #3. Typhoon Lagoon was also ranked as the #6 water park in the world.

The TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Awards were "determined using an algorithm that took into account the quantity and quality of reviews and ratings for amusement parks and water parks worldwide, gathered over a 12-month period" according to a press release from TripAdvisor.
