While staying at Art of Animation, guest will immediately feel like they have stepped into the worlds of their favorite Disney/Pixar characters. Both children and adults will enjoy the "Big Blue" pool, which is the largest swimming pool at Walt Disney World Resort measuring 11,859 square feet. Everything is larger than life and guests will feel like they are little Nemo exploring the colorful reef with a giant-sized Mr. Ray whose wings span 27 feet! You can pose for a picture with Crush or frolic with Squirt in the Righteous Reef, an interactive children's play area. There are also two additional pools, the Cozy Cone Pool in the Cars section and the Flippin' Fins Pool in The Little Mermaid section. If you're not looking to get wet, you can explore the Pixel Play Arcade in the lobby.

There is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom, a double-size sleeper sofa and a unique double-size Inova TableBed which folds down from the wall. Included in the kitchenette is a microwave, coffee maker and a compact refrigerator.

Dining options for the Art of Animation Resort include the Landscape of Flavors food court which will feature items like mini cupcakes, pastrami cheeseburgers and Mongolian beef stir fry! The food court is broken into different themed sections like the rest of the resort. Other options for dining include The Drop Off Pool Bar at the "Big Blue" pool and of course, pizza delivery.

I tried to get a room only reservation in the Little Mermaid section for one night in November but there weren't any available. I'm staying at Pop so I will be walking over to check the place out and have dinner there one night.
