Fairy Periwinkle To Join Tinker Bell at Meet and Greet
Tinker Bell will soon have a new friend helping her meet guests at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Periwinkle, a frost fairy Tinker Bell meets in the Disney Fairies movie, "Secret of the Wings," will be joining Tinker Bell to greet guests at Disney parks in Florida and California.
For those of you heading out to the parks in the near future, you'll be able to catch Periwinkle alongside Tinker Bell at Tinker Bell's Magical Nook in the Magic Kingdom as well as Pixie Hollow at Disneyland. Expect a winterish theme surrounding the two fairies - Periwinkle is, after all, a frost fairy. Periwinkle should be ready to meet and greet guests alongside Tinker Bell starting sometime in mid-September.
For those of you not able to see the new fairy in person, you'll be able to catch Periwinkle on the DVD and Blu-ray release of "Secret of the Wings" on October 23.

My daughter will be so excited!!! We will be going to Disney World the last week in September. She got to meet Tinkerbell and Terrence last year and is looking forward to The Secret of the Wings coming out. Can't wait!!! 20 days and counting :)
