Inaugural Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend at Disneyland Resort Planned for November
The Avengers are headed to Disneyland.
runDisney recently announced the inaugural Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend at the Disneyland Resort on November 14-16.
The events for the Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend include the half marathon, a Family Fun Run 5K, kids races, an expo, and more.
And in true runDisney style, Marvel's Avenger characters will be on the race course, cheering on the runners as they run through Disneyland and surrounding areas.
The Avengers Super Hero Half Marathon is eligible for the Coast-to-Coast Challenge, which means if runners have completed a runDisney half marathon or full marathon at the Walt Disney World Resort and they complete this new half marathon they'll receive a Coast to Coast Race Challenge medal.
The Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend Expo will take place Friday November 14 from 12-7 p.m., and on Saturday, November 15 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Disneyland Hotel Exhibit Hall.
Registration for the Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend opens March 25 at 12 p.m. ET.
