Jellyrolls Dueling Piano Bar at Disney's Boardwalk Resort

We've talked about it before, here and here and even here... but what is it about Jellyrolls that keeps us coming back? This classic dueling piano bar with a $12 cover charge is one of the few places in Walt Disney World that's reserved for adults ages 21 and over.

It's interactive fun that's fantastic for a large group or meet-up with friends. Just don't expect to eat dinner, because aside from the free popcorn there's no food served at Jellyrolls. Drinks on the other hand are plentiful and the Alabama Slammers even come in the ubiquitous "red solo cup" so order up a round and let's have a party! Prices at this lively club, are higher that elsewhere on property, so we suggest taking your time in imbibe or ordering one of the nightly cocktail specials.

Dueling Pianos For A Night of Fun Entertainment
The talented pianists can play just about anything so feel free to put in your song request no matter how obscure. Be mindful that it helps to get your favorite played if there's a tip attached to that request. Jelly Rolls music showcases an all request set of 70's, 80s, and 90s music with sing-a-long fun. Get up and dance on stage or in the aisles -- anything goes!

Jellyrolls opens at 7:00pm and the performers taking the stage at 8:00pm. There are tables on the main floor right in front of the pianos, a few high-tops in back near the bar, and bar stools lining the counter. If you're not there early though you may have to dance all night because Jellyrolls is always crowded and seating fills up early. Jellyrolls is for the late night crowd to enjoy, because the part here rolls right along until 2:00am.

Jellyrolls is classic dueling piano bar fun. There are a few options in Orlando, but this is one the best. They can play most of your favorite songs. I may perfer Pat O'Briens at citywalk a little more as you can usually find some room to breath in there, but if you have a unplanned night at Disney, this place is certainly worth checking out.

We went for the first time last march and had a blast! We have tried to find a piano bar comparable close to home but have not had any luck. Jelly rolls will forever be on our list of "must do". As for the question on how to get home. We walked to the front of boardwalk and took a cab back to our hotel for like 10$. I also saw people jumping on buses going to downtown Disney, my guess to then transfer to their home hotel bus. As always when drinking be safe getting home!

I use to work at Jellyrolls, even now as a guest it's a lot of fun to visit, the only way to get back to your resort after 2am would be to take a taxi, but it's about 10 to 15 dollars depends on where you are staying.
