Monorail To Get Marvel Makeover
Earlier in March, we reported that Disney CEO Bob Iger had revealed plans to incorporate Marvel characters into Disney parks in the future. We now know there is at least one solid plan to feature some these characters in Walt Disney World.
Disney recently announced plans to wrap one of Walt Disney World's monorail trains with an "Avengers" theme. Look for the Incredible Hulk, Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hawkeye and Black Widow to be featured on the monorail train.
Though there is no specific date for when the updated train will make its debut, but sources say guests can start riding it sometime this spring. It's also not known at this time which route the "Avengers" train will run.
While "The Avengers" is a movie due out this May from Marvel Studios, this is not the first time Disney has given a movie makeover to one of its monorail trains. Back in 2010, a train running the Epcot route featured a "TRON" look in honor of that movie's opening.
The Walt Disney Co. acquired Marvel Entertainment in 2009.

Cant wait! My Dad should be there for it, but hope its still around come November so I could see it in person!
