The 2015 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival opens March 4 (less than one week away!) and the Outdoor Kitchens will once again be serving up delicious food and beverage items. This year's festival features at least 11 Outdoor Kitchens including the all-new Botanas Botanico which will be located between France and Morocco.
Menu items that will likely return for this year's festival include the fan favorite Frushi and Beijing Candied Strawberries. A new macaron, the Macaron Guimauve a la Fraise (Strawberry Marshmallow Macaron) is making its debut this year at the Fleur de Lys booth in France.
New beverages are also coming to the Festival this year including Key Lime Sparkling Wine at the Florida Fresh booth, and at the Pineapple Promenade Kiosk guests will find Ace Pineapple Hard Cider and Sparkling Pineapple Wine.
Other new cocktails include the fruit punch style La Tizana at Botanas Botanico and the Urban Mary at Urban Farm Eats. Both of these drinks can be made with or without alcohol. The Jardin de Fiestas Outdoor Kitchen in Mexico will be serving up a Blueberry Pomegranate Margarita, a Tequila Liqueur Flight, and Teacate Beer with a Patron Citronage Floater.
And for the first time at the Flower and Garden Festival, guests can enjoy free cooking demonstrations from Disney chefs. The demos take place every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the Festival at 3 p.m. at the Port of Entry near the entrance to World Showcase.
