Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Parties are not a new ticket for Walt Disney World guests. Historically, you would buy your ticket to the event, and then show up at the designated spot an hour before the fireworks to enjoy a grand buffet of sweets and a great view of the show before heading back to your resort, or off for more fun. Well - leave it to Disney to find a brand new spin so that even more people can enjoy this popular add-on.
Starting on May 28th and "all new" After Fireworks Dessert Party will be offered to put a little more magic into the Happily Ever After Fireworks experience. Guests with tickets for the After Fireworks Dessert Party will begin their party with a viewing of the exquisite Magic Kingdom fireworks over Cinderella Castle from an exclusive viewing area in the Plaza Garden. Then once the show is complete, they will head on over to the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant to indulge in a delicious array of fresh fruit, savory snacks, and all-you-care-to-eat desserts. Beverage selections include flutes of sparkling apple juice, coffee, tea, and milk.
But wait! That's not all. In addition to the regular dessert parties, guests at the Magic Kingdom on special nights, such as July 3-4 and select nights during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, will also be able to book the fireworks after party and partake in special themed holiday treats to accompany the holiday fireworks.
Pricing for this post-pyrotechnic shindig is $69 for adults and $41 for children. Reservations can be made by phone calling 407-WDW-DINE, and asking about the After Fireworks Dessert Party. Online reservations will open up on May 24th.
